REVIEW Season 1 of BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD comes to an end with an episode titled “The Fate of Equinox!” While the inaugural season of this series gets a very high mark from me overall, it’s the few subpar episodes like this one that knocks it down a peg or so. I’d rate Season 1 of B:TBATB an A-. Anyway… “The Fate of Equinox!” is basically part 2 of “When Omac Attacks!” that aired a few episodes back. You’ve got Batman teaming up with Dr. Fate to bring down this lame Equinox character who is bound and determined to destroy the universe. With teleportation, dinosaurs, and a gigantic/super-powered Batman being part of the plot, this one simply wasn’t my cup of Bat-tea. Two Face in BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD (click image to enlarge) All is not lost as Two Face – in all his old school glory – shows up at the beginning of this episode (and you can see it RIGHT HERE). In a short, but well done, opening sequence, Harvey both fights with and against The Dark Knight.
