BATMAN: YEAR ONE is getting the animated movie treatment. Sam Liu -- who co-directed
JUSTICE LEAGUE: CRISIS ON INFINITE EARTHS -- will direct. The site says that Warner Bros. would not confirm or deny their story.

Man, Batman's been getting A LOT of run in these DCU animated flicks. And it certainly makes sense as The Dark Knight is probably the most popular -- especially amongst the mainstream -- character in the DCU.
If I had to guess, I'd say this will be a Summer 2012 release that will coincide with the Chris Nolan's upcoming BATMAN 3.
