BATMAN (1966) BATMAN (1966) is the movie of the hit 1960's TV series that starred Adam West as Batman and Burt Ward as Robin. Make no mistake, this ain't "The Dark Knight" - but that doesn't mean it sucks. Taken in context, this is a pretty good, fun film. This the the Batman that I remember as a child and what I attribute making me a Batman fan in the first place. Jett’s grade: C+
