Talked to ‘ol “A.P.” today -- well, I actually talk to him almost every day, but that’s beside the point. Anyway, my longtime source has some info on possible new Bat-Vehicles we could see in
THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. I don’t consider this a spoiler, but I will black it out for those
BOF’ers who might not want to know this info (And if you’re one of those folks, just know that am going to be

From visiting with all the great guys behind the F/X and production design of the last two films, I know they had A LOT of ideas for future Bat-Modes of Transportation -- though they never would share them with me! Good guys all. (Oh yeah, let me take a minute to send out a congrats to my friends Chris Corbould, Paul Franklin and their F/X team for their Visual Effects Oscar for INCEPTION!) Anyway…
A.P. also says that there will be -- as we all knew -- a new Batmobile. I’ve got no idea if it’s going to be a “new” Tumbler or a totally redesigned “black…TANK!”

I don’t know about y’all, but I’m hoping for some sort of Bat-Rocket. I’d love to see Batman and Catwoman blast off into outer space, have to ditch the spacecraft, and then “Hang 10” all the way back down to Gotham!
