TDK took in twelve awards including the nights' most esteemed award, “The Ultimate Scream.” It was accepted by the films' producers, Charles Roven, Emma Thomas and Christopher Nolan.
TDK cast members Christian Bale (Batman), Heath Ledger (The Joker) and Gary Oldman (Commissioner Gordon) each won an award, as Bale took home “Best Superhero,” Oldman for “Best Supporting Actor,” and Ledger scored the “Best Fantasy Actor” and “Best Villain” for his portrayal of The Joker.
Director Christopher Nolan won the “Best Director” trophy and the “Best Screamplay” which he shared with his brother Jonathon Nolan as well as David Goyer.
