Producer Charles Roven Talks BvS's "Darkened" Batman Posted by: Bill "Jett" Ramey (Follow @BATMANONFILM)

BATMAN v SUPERMAN producer, Mr. Charles Roven, talked a bit about this version of Batman on film (played by Ben Affleck), as well as the difference between the version in "The Dark Knight Trilogy" (played by Christian Bale)...
"He’s older, [and] he’s seen the worst of what man can do. He’s been darkened by it, he’s tougher, he’s angrier, I guess. There’s no Rachel to grieve here, but, he’s still lost those that are near and dear to him, and not necessarily from old age or disease."
"[Batman] is not giving people a chance. He is more than a vigilante. He has become not only the cop, if you will, he has also become the jury and executioner."
Executioner? What do you think Roven means by that? Does this version of Batman actually kill? If I had to guess, I'd say no. What do you think of Mr. Roven's comments? Post your thoughs in the comments section below.
