EPISODE SUMMARY
During a high speed chase, the Batmobile is virtually destroyed and it is up to Earl Cooper a seasoned mechanic to fix The Caped Crusader's greatest toy. Unfortunately, The Penguin finds out that Earl is the one who designed the car and forces Earl to sabotage Batman's ride which set's a trap for our heroes Batman and Robin.

“The Mechanic” is quite possibly the most underrated episode from BTAS. If you are a fan of the BTAS’ Batmobile then this is definitely the episode for you. Not only does this episode give a great history of the vehicle, but it has a great backstory of the man who designed and manufactured this version of the world's most famous car. “The Mechanic” is full of energy and action and if you are a fan of the 1992 film BATMAN RETURNS, you will enjoy the nods to that flick as well in this episode. “The Mechanic” is a fun ride from beginning to end and delivers on so many levels. - Justin Shanlian
