OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS: Horrible and unexplained murders have Gotham City held captive. Bizarre deaths have been occurring throughout the city, but the perpetrator is unknown. Even when the crimes have been committed in view of witnesses, all that is seen is a glimpse of a weird, skinless "meat-man" who seems to fade away after the crimes. Gotham's only hope is their Dark Knight Detective, but how can Batman find and fight an Invisible Man?

UNSEEN #2…

Sucked. Issue #1 did as well, but #2 might be worse.

The plot continues, as Batman tries to find the "Meat-Man". A scientist named “Dr. Glass” (brilliant writing) who has been hired by Black Mask to perfect invisibility. Weird as hell I know, but wait there's more!

Batman doesn't scare people anymore, so he has to fix that. That’s probably the only part of this story that had potential and it’s wasted.

Like in issue #1, we see Batman for about a page and a half, then we see this Dr. Glass for the rest of the issue. The only problem is – yep, you’ve guesed it – he’s friggin’ invisible! You can only follow a speech bubble floating aimlessly on a comic book page before you want to slap someone.

The art is sloppy and horribly proportioned. One panel Batman looks lean and slender. The next panel, he's The Incredible Hulk.

Based on the first two issues of this miniseries, I say don’t bother. Spend you’re money on something else – which is just about anything
